“Nara was an amazing host. He was very accommodating to all our requests, no matter how last minute it was. Furthermore, he ensured that our check-in, stay, and check-out process was quick and convenient. We were always provided with the necessary information in advance. Aside from this, the apartment itself was also very nice. It was large and had all the essentials, especially in the kitchen (though we did not cook during our stay). The 2 bathrooms were also great. The only thing that should be noted is that the apartment is on the fourth floor and there's no elevator (which was already stated in the listing). However, Nara also offers free lockers for guests to use, which are very convenient.”

Bhaktapur is the best-preserved of the valley's three royal cities — car-free heritage core, hand-thrown pottery in Pottery Square, and one of the best sunrise views over the Himalayas from Nagarkot just above.
