“The host’s direct WhatsApp line made arrival effortless. Smart-lock entry took two seconds, the apartment was spotless, and Durbar Marg is a five-minute walk. Cheaper than the same listing on Airbnb — we’ll book direct from here on out.”

“Stayed three weeks while renewing a long-stay visa. The Department of Immigration is around the corner, the apartment has fast fibre Wi-Fi, and the workspace was set up properly. Best base I’ve found for working remote in Kathmandu.”

2BR near Thamel
“Travelled with two kids — the cot, feeding chair and the roll-out memory-foam beds the host added for our older two were a lifesaver. Quiet at night, walkable to everything. Absolutely the right call over a hotel.”
Direct-bookable stays in Kathmandu, Patan (Lalitpur) and Bhaktapur — no platform fees, no surprise charges, and a local team on WhatsApp when you need them.
Kathmandu
Kathmandu Valley
Kathmandu is the cultural and travel hub of Nepal — UNESCO-listed durbar squares, the old bazaars of Asan and Indra Chowk, the cafés of Thamel, and modern neighbourhoods like Baluwatar, Lazimpat and Sanepa where most of our apartments sit. Direct-booked stays mean no platform fees and instant confirmation, with airport pickup arranged in advance and self check-in via smart lock at any hour.
Patan, officially Lalitpur, is the artisan city just across the Bagmati from Kathmandu — courtyards, brick lanes, Patan Durbar Square, and the modern hubs of Jhamsikhel and Pulchowk. Stay close to the metalwork and thangka workshops the city is famous for while remaining 20 minutes from the airport. Our Lalitpur apartments are direct-bookable, with no platform fees and the same self check-in + airport pickup as Kathmandu.
Bhaktapur is the best-preserved of the valley's three royal cities — car-free heritage core, hand-thrown pottery in Pottery Square, and one of the best sunrise views over the Himalayas from Nagarkot just above. Stays here trade big-city convenience for atmosphere and quiet. We expand into Bhaktapur over time; for now, ask us about partner apartments around Suryabinayak and Thimi while we onboard direct-bookable units.
When you book a Kathmandu apartment through us directly, you skip the 10–20% service fee that Airbnb, Booking.com and similar marketplaces add at checkout. We charge the same nightly rate they show, minus that platform cut, and the saving comes back to you as a lower total. You also get to talk to a local host before you arrive — useful when you want airport pickup, an early check-in, or a baby cot ready in the apartment.
We list neighbourhoods like Thamel, Baluwatar, Lazimpat, Sanepa, Maharajgunj, Naxal, Bouddha, Sinamangal, Tinkune, New Baneshwor, Old Baneshwor, Kapan, Jhamsikhel (Jhamel), Pulchowk, and more — across Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur. Whether you're after a quiet courtyard in Lalitpur or a base near Thamel, the direct path is always cheaper.
